CHEYENNE — Laramie County took another step toward becoming home to the state’s only full-size live horse racing track when Thunder Plains Park LLC applied to the Wyoming Gaming Commission on Jan. 9 to host horse racing east of Cheyenne.

The University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design and then completed the Master of Architecture degree at The University of Colorado Denver. He was mentored and guided through the internship process by architect, John Freeman while working at Freeman Architects in Loveland. While at Freeman, he gained years of experience in both residential and commercial architecture projects of varying size and complexity. David completed the Architectural Registration Examinations in 2017 to become a licensed architect and NCARB (National Council for Architectural Registration Boards) certificate holder. David has also completed the LEED AP BD+C (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional for Building Design and Construction) process.
